Who doesn?t love dessert?
And even better, who doesn?t love homemade treats?
Brownies in particular are one of my favorites.? You can make them in so many ways that is almost impossible to get bored of them.? The last time I whipped up a batch of? these double chocolate brownies they were gone in the blink of an eye so I?m going to give you a foolproof recipe to make the yummiest double chocolate fudgy brownies ever!
These Fudgy brownies are really rich in flavor; you can serve them with ice cream or even with hot chocolate sauce. The second option is perfect for chocoholics.
80 grams of dark chocolate
1 cup of sugar
2/3 cup of all purpose flour
3 tbsp of unsweet cocoa
1 tbsp of butter
? cup of oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp of coffee (optional)
These are for 6 regular brownies or 24 bite size brownies.?
First, you?ll have to melt the chocolate. You can make it either in the microwave or in ?Bain-Marie?.? If you?re going to do it in the microwave, be careful not to burn the chocolate, mix the butter, coffee and dark chocolate, take the bowl to the microwave and heat it just 10 seconds, stir the mix and continue like that until is completely melted.
To make a ?Bain-Marie?, take a heatproof bowl and put it over a pot with water. The water can?t touch the heatproof bowl so the chocolate, butter and coffee can melt slowly. Give it two or three stirs to the mix until completely melted.
So, maybe you?re asking ?Why to add coffee?? Well, you can totally skip this ingredient if you don?t like coffee but it is a great way to make the chocolate flavor really stand out.
Let the chocolate mix cool down.
TIP: I always cover mi tray with some foil so it?s easier to cut the brownies after done.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and oil. You can do this with a hand mixer or with a spatula like I do. After everything is well combine, add the chocolate mixture and the flour and cocoa. Fold the mixture just until combine, you don?t want to over mix this because then the brownies are not going to be fudgy.

Let the brownies cool down before cut them.
TIP: Use a plastic knife to cut them so the crispy top does not get ruined.
