    When I wash my face, I also gently scrub with the wet washcloth… exfoliating at the same time. This tip is from my 86 year old mother who looks MUCH younger! Of course, sun screen (and avoidance) helps too!

    I just won Aveeno’s ageless vitality. It says that 100% of women see results in 4 weeks. I was skeptical, thinking that they tested this on women who WANTED to see a difference and would believe that there was a difference whether there was or not. I thought that the before and after pictures they used were touched up. I’m not good at taking care of my skin, but after a week of using this stuff, I can honestly say that when I take off my glasses and look in the mirror, I CAN see a difference! All those little crows feet are in softer lines than they were a week ago. So I’ve suddenly become a lot more diligent in applying it every morning!
