Tea Time is one of my favorite times of the day.?? No matter what time of day it is (Morning, noon or night), I just? love to indulge in a warm, soothing cup of tea .
I’ve had a love for tea for as long as I can remember and not only does it taste great it has some really good benefits as well.? Lipton Tea has a wide variety of delicious teas and I may have tried them all.? Now added to the list is their new Green Tea with Superfruit that is quite delicious, I might add.? I?ve been trying several of the new flavors but my favorite so far is the Red Goji and Raspberry.? I’m actually loving it and whats even more refreshing is that studies show that there may be some real health benefits from the antioxidants in superfruits, and some heart health benefits from the green tea itself.? Just another reason to enjoy a cup or two.
