The Concord Grape Margarita is a ideal for drinking right now, as these sweet and plump fruits are perfectly ripe. This cocktail courtesy of David Kravitz of the The Smith, uses fresh fruit sourced locally in the Hudson Valley, then condensed into a syrup. The sweetness of the Concord Grapes is mirrored by the agave spirit, and balanced by the acidity of the lime juice and triple sec. This easily sippable cocktail is perfect for those who wish to embrace all fall has to offer, while still dreaming of warm summer days.
