One in every three woman suffer from Light Bladder Leakage (LBL) and in an effort to help deal with it they use pads that are meant for your period. LBL, which?can be caused by such things as weak pelvic floor muscles, pregnancy, childbirth, and weight gain. ?However there are other conditions such as?complications from surgery, having a stroke, or chronic diseases like diabetes, multiple sclerosis (MS), or Parkinson?s disease, can also cause LBL. ?Did you know that sometimes something as simple as a bladder or urinary tract infection or bladder irritants, caused by?certain foods and beverages, can cause LBL?

Period Relief Cupcakes
What you need:
3 pads
1 cupcake wrapper
1 piece ribbon
1 Hersey Kiss
Roll your pads up into a circular shape and hold together with a small piece of tape.
Place inside the cupcake wrapper.
Tie the ribbon around to hold it all together.
Then hot glue a Hersey?s Kiss to the top.
Just like that you have a Period Relief Cupcake to give out as a gift or keep for yourself when needed.

Poise pads are great. They’re the only ones that can give you the protection you need and still keep you comfortable.
