Honeywell 360? Surround Heater Review & Giveaway

Over the past few weeks, I?ve had the opportunity to review the Honeywell 360? Surround Heater and I must say this little heater has a powerful punch and could not have come at a more convenient time with the weather getting much colder.

My home office happens to be one of the coolest rooms in the house and I tend to spends lots of time there during the day while hubs and the kids are away.? With that said, hubs usually has the heating thermostat set at a setting that?s just not cozy enough for me so I am usually all wrapped up trying to keep warm until it kicks off again, which sometimes isn?t until they arrive home?.how convenient!? So believe me, I was ready for the chance to review the Honeywell 360? Surround Heater.

I?ve used other portable fan heaters before but usually the heat typically comes out in one direction.??? You usually have to be directly in front of it to get enough heat and sometimes you just might end up getting too much heat.? With 360 Surround Heater, you get 360 degree directional heat evenly spread out around the whole room. ??

The heater is first of all very easy to operate and heats up a room real quickly. The unit is very lightweight which I love and has a handle on the top for easy carrying from room to room if you choose.?

There is also an adjustable thermostat with and 3 settings.? Those are Energy Efficient, Max Heat or Fan Only.????? I?ve been using the Energy Efficient Setting mostly and it has kept my space quite comfortably.? ??And last but not least, the Automatic shut off has to be my favorite feature.? If by chance the heater gets bumped and tips over, it will automatically shut off.? You just gotta love that feature!?

Also, as with any new appliance, please do read the usage instructions for proper usage. One thing I learned is that this unit is NOT to be used in a wet or moist location like a bathroom or laundry room.?I?m glad I took the time to read up on that.

    I have to go with their Carbon Monoxide Detectors. I had one installed in my home and it most likely saved our lives when my propane heater malfunctioned. The alarm sounded and I called the fire department. We waited outside till they came. They determined that the CM levels were extremely high and rising and it was a good thing we had the detector. I honestly didn’t smell a thing! I won’t ever be without one in my home.
