?Today?s Cocktail is: Naughty Or Nice

 

1.5oz bourbon

1oz caramel sauce

1oz raspberry puree

.25oz maple syrup

3 drops vanilla extract

Drops of cold raspberry puree and caramel sauce

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and double strain into chilled martini glass. Dabble small amounts of the caramel sauce and raspberry puree to create a pattern for the garnish.
