Staying healthy is something most people struggle with on a daily basis.? I am one of them.??Counting calories, exercising and just trying to lose weight can?bring on undue stress so?it?s important to make living healthy as stress free as possible. Instead of trying to do everything at once, take baby steps and try?adding little things into your diet. Adding vitamins and supplements into your diet can help?a lot.??One of the things I have been trying to work into my diet is Krill Oil. Most of you may be more familiar with?Fish?oil but Krill oil has some great benefits as well if not more.
If you are like me and do not like to eat fish and seafood, then getting those Omegas into your diet is difficult.? When shopping for?Omega 3 you need to be sure you are getting a high quality product since all Omega 3 brands are not created equal.??Sometimes random/cheap Omegas are not made with good quality and you could be?wasting your money.
Krill Oil may be an option worth looking into.
Check out some facts on Everest Nutrition?s Krill Oil. It is said to be?54 times more powerful than any fish oil you will find at the store. Plus Krill Oil can help you
- Fight heart disease
- Keep your cholesterol lowered
- Help you with PMS issues
- Make you feel good
- ?It Keep your overall body feeling great
I?ve been using Krill Oil for a few months now and I feel great. Since the New Year, I have been trying to jump on the elliptical more and just try to be a healthier person. Exercising helps me feel better than ever and the Krill Oil just adds to me feeling good. Let me know if you decide to try it and how you like it overall!

I actually went out and bought Krill Oil ever since I saw Dr. Oz talk about it, but I haven’t used it because I heard that it’ll give you fishy burps. Is that true? Mom’s Survival Kit http://momssurvivalkit.blogspot.com
