“I’ve been waiting for this my whole life!” – Mike Wazowski
??Monsters Inc.? is by far one of our family’s favorite Pixar movies and we can watch it over and over again. Back in the summer, we had the chance to go see Monsters University in the theater and we all loved it! I love movies that can appropriately entertain the kids and offer some type of adult humor so that the whole family can enjoy.
?Have you and your family watched it yet?? Well, for all you monster loving fans, the monsters are back!? On October 29th Disney Pixar will release “Monsters University” on Blu-ray, DVD and On-Demand.
In Monsters University, Mike Wazowski’s lifelong dream is to be a Scarer for Monsters, Inc. A dream that starts when he is young and drives him his whole life and leads him to Monsters University.
Mike eventually finds, that sometimes our dreams turn out to be a little different than we expected. The important lesson in this movie is that although dreams may change, it is important to believe in yourself and have confidence in your strengths and talents to achieve those dreams.
Like Monsters Inc, Monsters University was completely awesome and we just recently got the chance to watch it again ? at home. The boys love the movie as much as I do. What I liked the most was the back story about how Mike and Sully didn’t get along in the beginning but turned out to be best friends. This movie told the story of how they met and showed how their friendship was formed through teamwork and acceptance.
The movie is full of humor and it?s a great family film that I know my family will be watching over and over again! Be sure to get your own copy on October 29th, it comes highly recommend!

I am counting the days until October 29. I can’t wait to get Monsters U – the kids may not watch it until the weekend (there’s not enough time for a movie on weeknights) … but I may just stay up late to watch it right when I get it… is that wrong? ;)

Lol Diana,
I don’t think it’s wrong since I love the movie myself but it would be nice to make it a family affair :).

My kids and I saw this in the theater and LOVED it. We just got this on DVD, too, and have watched it about 100 times already :)

I loved watching Monsters, Inc with my kids when they were younger and am looking forward to watching Monsters University with them now that they’re teens.
