We are mid way thru?October and with October being Breast Cancer Awareness month,? I thought I’d seen out a friendly reminder for you ladies to do your monthly self exams.?? I get these very cool reminders for Bright Pink?to remind me?to perform?my monthly Breast Self Exam.??? In addition to the?reminder, they also?include all of the information you need to ensure you are doing your exam correctly and know what you should be looking for.
While most lumps or changes in your breast tissues do not indicate cancer, it is better to bring any irregularities to the attention of your medical professional who can examine you further*.?? So take a?stance with your breast health and living a “Bright” life.
