My family are HUGE Disney fans! We own just about every DVD and now that Disney is releasing their beloved movies on Blu-ray we are slowly building our stash up. This last Tueday Disney released 7 of my all time favorites on 5 awesome Blu-ray combo packs! I am absolutely ECSTATIC that we got a chance to review each of these faves.

The Aristocats
?The Aristocats? Special Edition is a purr-fect treat for the whole family. It includes a brand new bonus featurette ?The Lost Open? with Richard Sherman taking viewers through the storyboards of a never-before-seen alternate beginning which introduces a deleted character and a deleted song “How Much You Mean To Me? and ?Court Me Slowly” written and performed by the Sherman brothers. This song demo was one of the few times Richard and Robert ever sang together.

Lady and the Tramp II

We recently received Lady and the Tramp to review and the kids adored the movie so we were very excited to sit down and watch Lady and the Tramp II on Blu-ray. The kiddos LOVE these pups and I think Izzy (our new little pup) enjoyed watching them with us. It is definitely a must have for the entire family! Awww Pocahontas, somewhere down our family tree someone once said we were related to Pocahontas herself, I don’t know if this is true or not but the native american blood in me absolutely adores “Pocahontas” and it’s sequel! The high definition of each of these films is fantastic, I love how the colors pop and the story is one of my all time favorites. I’m hoping my children will appreciate their heritage through these movies as well. The Tigger Movie

We have not had a chance to watch The Tigger Movie yet but I am sure the quality is top notch like all of the other blu-ray versions. The sticker sheet and family tree activity that come in the Blu-ray are so much fun! The kids loved sitting down with me and doing the activity! Every single one of these features are PERFECT for your family Disney collection. They are wonderful stories and are great for family movie night! Be prepared to laugh and maybe even cry as you watch or re-watch each of these stories for the first time in High Definition Blu-ray!

My son has been asking about The Tigger Movie since they keep playing commercials for it on Disney Jr.- it’s definitely on my list to get! I’d love to get all of them, though!
