My kids LOVE for me to read them bedtime stories, they even like reading to me at times. Actually,we just love story time at anytime. However, there are those times you get busy and can’t read that story to your little one right then and there. In this situation, I think I have found a great alternative.
There is a wonderful website offering FREE online audio stories for kids at Storynory.com ! I think this works great for those busy moms and dads who on the occasion are stuck in traffic and don’t make it home in time to read a bedtime story to their kids or maybe you’ve just had a long day in general .
It’s also a great way to interact and spend quality time with your child. You can read, listen, laugh out loud and discuss what you’ve learned in the story.
They’ve got tons of stories from classic fairy tales to original stories. They’ve been around since 2005 but I’m just finding them. Over 250,000 stories are downloadedfrom their servers each month. So head on over and check them out. Also, if you like, you can even download their favorite bedtime stories on your ipod or pc.

This is GREAT! My son would love this. He has a kids MP3 player with a speaker on it and he likes to fall asleep to it. It turns off after a little while.
