1. WASH YOUR FACE EVERY NIGHT
It is more important to wash your face at night than in the morning, just imagine all the grime from the day on your face, now in your bed ….GROSS
If you can’t make it to a sink keep facial cloths like baby wipes by your bed
2. GET FACIALS QUARTERLY
It is important to get facials at least quarterly to keep skin in check through the change of seasons, extreme weather changes always bring out the worst in your skin
3.HAVE AN AT HOME SKINCARE PRODUCT REGIMEN
It is understood that you can’t visit your Facialist all the time, how you maintain your glowing skin is with products like cleansers, moisturizers, exfoliating masks, and hydrating masks
4.STOP PICKING PIMPLES
You cause more damage by pushing bacteria further into the skin, it is best to use an exfoliating mask first, then apply a clay mask to affected area
5.EXFOLIATE AND HYDRATE
Remember no matter what your skincare issue is the solution is going to either be to EXFOLIATE OR HYDRATE
Breakouts=Exfoliate
Dark Spots=Exfoliate
Wrinkles=Exfoliate then Hydrate
Dry skin=Exfoliate then Hydrate
Raw skin=Hydrate
Irritated Skin=Hydrate
Sunburned=Hydrate

That’s one habit I never started…picking my face! I was too worried about infection or scarring.

I fortunately never had that habit either. I was however a nail biter.
