Quick Relief with Pepcid Complete + Spicy Chicken Recipe

This is a sponsored post on behalf of Pepcid. Though I was compensated for my post, all opinions as usual, are my own.

I love to eat and explore new foods and restaurants, but a great meal can quickly be ruined by heartburn. I’ve had lots of date nights, family dinners, and girl’s nights plagued by heartburn and acid reflux, and let me tell you—its no laughing matter.  You see, I have a thing for spicy foods  ( I just do) but at times I’m afraid to eat even some of my favorite foods knowing that I will have to deal with heartburn later.

Like this Spicy Chicken Stew.  It’s one of a my favs but I cannot eat it without paying for it later.I can almost always count on not sleeping well that night.

So what do I do?  Do I?  Or Don’t I?  Of course I do but knowing that I had a bottle of PEPCID®COMPLETE® on hand – JUST IN CASE.  And guess what? I had to REACH for it- QUICKLY.  After that episode, PEPCID®COMPLETE® instantly became my newest best friend I love that PEPCID® tastes great, doesn’t have a chalky taste and works really fast providing quick relief.  All it took was one chewable tablet to fight the burn and I was ready to enjoy the next great bite.

This stew is also very healthy, it’s low in fat and packs in the veggies and as long as you serve it with something healthy then you’ve got a delicious healthy meal!
