There’s something about chalkboard paint that I just love. It reminds me of my childhood and days spent at school, all happy memories.
Nowadays it would be difficult to find a classroom that still relied on it’s chalkboard but that doesn’t mean they don’t have a place at home. In fact I was surprised by all the things that I could use it for and have a tin of chalkboard paint waiting for delivery as we speak.
It took me ages to narrow it down to my 9 favourites because it’s so versatile but here’s what I’ve picked:
Jar label by Cape27
Cheese board by Wit & Whistle
Chalkboard mugs by Shelterness
Plant markers by Stitchcake
Coasters by Westermanfam
Plant pot by Scissors & Spatulas
Gift tag by Rusticblend
Chalkboard wall by Desire to Inspire
Play table by I Heart Organizing
So far I’ve decided I’m definitely painting one of our kitchen walls with it and making some jar labels, then I’ll see how much is left for another project.
If you’re looking for some more ideas Pinterest is always the place to go. Do let me know if you try any of them!
