School starts in less than a week for my kids. I’m actually looking forward to it so that we can get back on schedule. During the summer we had absolutely no type of schedule at all. We went to bed when we wanted and got up when we wanted. Now it’s time for some structure again. For the past few weeks, we’ve been working our sleeping routine. Early to bed, early to rise.
