Western Union’s Gift and Greeting Cards are good for any Occasion

This post brought to you by Western Union. All opinions are 100% mine.

As my kids get older, shopping for them has gotten harder and harder.  Now that they are in their tween and pre-teen years, mom just can’t seem to get it right. Their style have changed, their likes and the cute little clothing mom used to get them…..well just insn’t cool anymore.  Gone are the days where I can go into one store and make everyone happy.

But this is where a Western Union gift card comes in handy.  Western Union has made it easy to use one of their cards anywhere Master Card is accepted!  The recipient can use the card anywhere – both online and in-store where MasterCard is accepted.   I’ve actually found this to be a great alternative for kids rather than carrying  around a pocket full of cash.  My boys love the idea of having their own little card….no matter what the amount.

The cards are great for any occasion too. You can choose them for anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, thank-you’s and more. When you purchase the gift card of your choice, you can choose a personalized greeting card to include with the gift card as well.   You can load the card with any amount from $5 to $100, and you can even record a free personalized message that your recipient will hear when they activate their MasterCard.

These Western Union gift cards can be easily purchased online at WUGift.com. There is however, a $5 gift card fee when you purchase the card, but they do include FREE First Class Shipping, which could come in handy if you’re sending gifts out of state.   You can get 25% off the fee through 9/1/12 when you use coupon code WUGIFTPROMO7*. Plus, there is also a $2.50 inactivity fee for the receiver after 12 months of inactivity.

*The Western Union® gift card is issued by MetaBank™ pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. MetaBank; Member FDIC. A $2.50 per month servicing fee applies after 12 consecutive months of non-use. Gift Card only for sale and shipment to the 48 contiguous states excluding AZ, PO Boxes, U.S. military bases and correctional facilities
