How many times have  you said ‘I’m Stressed Out!’  Probaly “lots”, right?  Well the problem with stress, is that it can sneak into your life and turn it upside down.  It doesn’t matter who you are or what advantages you have in life.   How we deal with it is another question.  Some may cry, scream, yell or take simple deep breaths.  Whatever works for just do it.  Don’t less the stress of today get to you, face it head on and slap it right in the face!    I hope you enjoy these quotes.

    I think sometimes it depends on what’s causing the stress. A nap can help. A walk can help. A phone call to a friend can help. Taking an hour and reading a book can help. It just really depends on what the source of the stress is.
