5.       Aerobics and weight training exercises help strengthen the heart and body. Performing aerobics as well as other weight training exercises helps strengthen the heart and body. Doing these exercises helps divert the body from a sedate state to an active one which helps heal depression. Losing weight can also help you manage your anger and depression easily.

Not only will exercise help reduce your depression, but it will have a great effect on your overall health.  Eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep, and exercise your stress away to improve your thoughts and well-being.
