Community of Movement Helps You Keep Moving

Hi Ladies,

I wanted to take the time to tell you remind you how important it is to take care of yourself.  Its ironic how the tag line of blog suggests to relax, relate, release.  But to my own admission, I have not been doing so.    Shame on me, right! But to my defense sometimes “Life” happens and we sometimes fall into a rut and put ourselves on the back burner.   That for one has happen to me,  but that’s another story for another time.

I’m one,  who generally tries to take care of myself, eat right, exercise and make time for “me”.   But as of lately that has been non-existent and quite frankly I am exhausted.  I need my old self back.

Some may think I have it easy being that I’m a stay at home/work at home mom.  They have this ideology that I just sit at home twitting my thumbs and eating bon bons all day.  Hmmm, sounds nice, but in reality, my days are even more busy now than before.

I rarely get out anymore and being home all day can become very isolating.  I need to get out, interact with adults, MOVE more, and reflect.  This rut I’m in is no one’s fault but my own.  BUT….that is about to change.

For those of you who haven’t heard, I’m a Brand Ambassador (aka “Mommy Motivator”) yep ME!  For Community of Movement.  I am so pleased to take part because not only do I need the motivation; I get the chance to help motivate others.  We all know the benefits of exercise and how “good” it makes us feel but at times we all need that little push and this is what Community of Movement is all about.  “That Push”.

We had our first community phone call on Monday which consisted of a 5 minute pow-wow before and after our work out which I thought  helped out a great deal and got me in the right mind frame.  All the ladies got the chance to share what they did.   Some walked, some jogged and some even danced to the tunes of a Wii exercise game.  The whole point is to just “get moving”.  I’m so looking forward to the next session today and can’t wait to share more with you.

In the meantime, check out more information at Community of Movement  to see how it can benefit you.  Or check it out here:

With this program, I will be blogging, tweeting and posting facebook updates on my experience with this program.

But right now I have some great news.  There will be a party!  You like Twitter Parties right?  A Twitter Party is currently in the works for October 28th with some really cool prizes so be sure to mark your calendar; you definitely would want to be on the lookout for that.

Until then, KEEP MOVING!  STAY MOTIVATED!

Disclosure –.   As a Mommy Motivator I am receiving one month of membership free and I am being compensated for blogging about my experience with the program over the next two weeks. I share my 100% honest thoughts and opinions in all posts
