Eating out is one of my favorite things to do. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE cooking for my family and I really enjoy it, but as I’ve said before, with the hectic schedules some of us moms endure, we deserve a break from time to time. When hubby suggests a night out for dinner, I’m all for it and I welcome it with open arms. For me, it’s more than about the food, it’s the time spent together discovering new places and revisiting some of our favorite places. I have the worst cold of my life for the past three weeks. I cannot seem to get rid of it. Once I am healthy and can taste food I would love a night out with the family to celebrate mommy being herself again.

we have 2 sets of twin boys and the teenagers eat and eat and eat! so this is needed!!

we recently had to make the decision to trade 2 older vehicles in for a newer truck so we are a one car family. I am usually stuck at home with no transportation so a chance to go out is always welcome.

I feel I deserve a night out of the kitchen cause I am a very hard working stay at home mom who does a ton of things that I don’t want to do cause it’s the best thing for my family…Like cook dinner almost every single night for a decade! I don’t even have a dishwasher so cooking is an even bigger job cause before I have even gotten my dinner, my family is done and piling dishes on the counter :(
I am the sole cook in our house. Hubby can barely make grilled cheese. So if I don’t do dinner, it doesn’t get done, and we’re really trying to avoid fast food for health and money reasons. That plus a rambunctious toddler…well, let’s just say a night out to eat where I don’t have to cook would be awesome!
