If losing weight and getting healthy was part of your New Year’s Resolution, then having the right tools only makes sense in achieving those goals. The EatSmart Digital Bathroom Scale is the ideal way to keep track of your weight
loss this year. It’s easy to use and a great accessory for any home.
I haven’t weighed myself in quite a while ,but had a general idea as to what to expect so I was excited to see how close or off the scale actually was. I was excited and skeptical all at the same time. I figured I’ve gone this long without knowing so why take the chance of once again obsessing over how much I weigh. But then again, I really wanted to know.
It was simple! All I did was give it a tap with my foot, stepped on and got a very accurate readout. I say accurate because I knew the ball park range I was looking for and it nailed it! So… don’t go thinking for a second your eye’s are playing tricks on you and you’re not seeing clearly. This thing is accurate and the LCD is just large enough at 3.5″ with a blue backlit that makes it easy to read. You can also weigh yourself in the dark, just in case this feature would be a deciding factor in you choosing a scale.

Drink plenty of water, keep portion sizes reasonable, and I’ve also heard that drinking a glass of milk every day will help your body metabolize faster.

Switch to smaller plates! This really helped me lose weight without even thinking about it. I never realized how many more calories I was consuming because I felt I had to clean my plate. I put less portions on my smaller plates and never go back for seconds because I am truely full. That and lots of water!
Finding a means of exercising that I enjoy made all the difference to me. And once I found one and enjoyed the feeling of being active, I came around to other forms of fitness that I used to *hate* (running, yoga, cardio machines, etc.)

My weight loss tip is not to go overboard! Too much dieting is bad for you, allow yourself a cheat day once every two weeks!

I change my exercise routine often so I stick with it and I don’t become bored of it, thanks for the chance!
One tip that I try to live by as much as possible is to get as much exercise as I can which is hard to do with my current schedule.

Eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Thanks.
when I shop and feel like i need to buy junk food, i put the food in my cart so I get the thrill of putting it in my basket, then I shop for nutritious healthy food and by comparison, the healthy food looks so much better! it reminds me that my body is worth eating right! I then have no problem putting the junk food back!
Protiens in the morning with breakfast or for a mid-morning snack will keep you fuller longer. A spoonful of Peanut Butter and Eggs are two great choices

I eat what I want but in moderation. I don’t deprive myself because if I do I’ll just crave that food and then give in and eat too much of it.

I take my lunch to work and keep healthy portions of snacks there. that way I am not tempted by the late afternoon candy run!
Don’t buy unhealthy snacks because if they’re in the house, you’ll eat them (at least if you’re me!). :) Thanks for the great contest!
I exercise every day and to lose the weight I do best with low carb diets which I also feel best on.
My weight loss tip to help stay on track with my goal(s) is trying to keep up with my kids physically; such as enjoying ‘cardio-enhanced’ games with them. It’s a challenge, but also a win-win situation! :)

We cutout sweets, sodas, and cut down on the amount of bread we eat. We increased water intake and we’ve started getting more exercise.
