    For me, the best thing I can do to curb my appetite and avoid overeating is to stay as hydrated as possible, drinking as much water and tea as possible between meals to keep my stomach full, and about an hour before dinner, eating a slice of bread with olive oil to “pre-fill” my stomach so I get fuller a lot faster. So far so good!

    What works for me is a spreadsheet. I get points for doing stuff and sticking to each meal in the plan, then I add up my points and buy myself something awesome.
